TIME is an American weekly news magazine published in New York City. It was founded in 1923 and for decades dominated by Henry Luce, who built a highly profitable stable of magazines. A European edition (Time Europe, formerly known as Time Atlantic) is published in London and also covers the Middle East, Africa and, since 2003, Latin America. An Asian edition (Time Asia) is based in Hong Kong. The South Pacific edition, which covers Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, is based in Sydney, Australia. In December 2008, Time discontinued publishing a Canadian advertiser edition.

Episode one watches as the Europeans’ respect for a formidable negotiating opponent turns into frustration and incredulity as the British fail to present a united front. At moments funny and tragic, it ends with the debacle in December 2017 when Theresa May flies in to Brussels to finalise details of a deal and is publically humiliated by her coalition partner, Arlene Foster of the DUP, who refuses to support the deal.

Season 01, Episode 02 – “Mixed Profiles”
At the crack of dawn in residential Newcastle, a man is violently assaulted and stabbed in his home by two unknown assailants. The suspects flee the scene and it is the job of rookie CSI Nicola Stark to examine the crime scene and surrounding area to find the clues that could lead her to identify the attackers. Impressions are taken of footwear marks left in blood at the scene, and a carelessly disposed kitchen knife could also provide fingerprints of DNA, but it is an eerie homemade balaclava which catches the attention of Nicola’s boss, head of forensics Kirsty Potter, who believes it could be the key to finding the identity of the attackers - “balaclavas are great in any offence. Something that’s removed quick-time from an offender could have hairs, saliva and saliva will persist on fabric”. The mask is fast-tracked to the lab where saliva and blood tests provide a DNA match to one suspect. But with a second suspect still at large, does the other evidence found by Nicola at the scene hold the clues to his identity?
